CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES -
Lisa M. - Our Client Service Supervisor - Lisa has been helping pets and their owners as a Client Service Representative for over 11 years. Lisa lived in Hawaii, Oregon, and San Diego as a child, and has also spent time in Virginia. She is married, with a daughter, a son, and two Labrador Retrievers (Midnite and Suny). She enjoys her family time, traveling, music, and reading.

Linda G. - Linda is a trained veterinary receptionist and a veterinary assistant. She completed the Veterinary Technician Assistant ROP training in 2006. She is a native Californian, moving to San Diego from Anaheim. She enjoys spending time with her family (Daughter and Son-In-Law) and pets, and is a loyal Chargers and USC fan. Her pets include Emily and Georgia Mae, the two very nice Chihuahuas that she rescued, and her two cats Macy and Rascal. She also has two "grand dogs" Vegas (Boston Terrier) and Prada (Chihuahua). And, she works part-time as an Ambassador for the Padres.

Juliette R. - Juliette was born in Great Lakes, IL but grew up here in San Diego. She earned her Certification in Business Office Technology at Cuyamaca College.  And, she has been a professional baker for nearly 20 years. She began working in the veterinary field in 2005 while living in Queens, NY. She loves spending time with her family, especially her Grandson Oliver (who just turned 1 in July). She has been married for 30 years, and has two grown children. Her pets include Bobbi and Toby, Siamese mixes that she rescued. She cannot imagine her life without her pets, and refer to her cats as her "stress sponges".

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS AND ASSISTANTS -
Michele H. - Our Head Veterinary Technician - Michele has over 10 years of experience working as an Assistant and then as a Veterinary Technician. As a "Navy Brat" she grew up in many places, including Virginia Beach, Memphis, Hawaii, Okinawa, and San Diego.   When not at work her primary interests include animals (of course!) and spending time at the river in the summer. Michele and her husband have an adult daughter and son, 2 cats (Stripe and Chloe (a boy!)), Bailey (a very friendly Pit Bull), Cooper (a Labrador Retriever), and 15 turtles!

Jehny K. - Jehny joined our team as a Veterinary Assistant after attending Pima Medical Institute, and has become a skilled Veterinary Technician. She graduated from the Animal Health Technology Program at Mesa College, and is now a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Jehny was born in Ketchikan, AK and grew up in Kirkland, WA but prefers sunny San Diego.  She owns Marley, an 8 year old "special dark" Chocolate Labrador Retriever. Jehny and Marley just went through the lengthy recovery required for his knee surgery (TTA), and are happy to be getting back to normal. Jehny enjoys good music, long walks at the park with Marley, spending time with family and friends, and the beach.

Jasmid R. - Jasmid earned her Certificate of Veterinary Assisting in 2006. She is currently attending Mesa College and would like to go to Veterinary School in the future. She was born and raised in San Diego. She loves listening to music, playing the bass guitar, and being creative (painting, sewing, making beaded jewelry). Her pets include MeeChee (a cat), Roxy (a Shepherd mix), Zero and Infiniti (ferrets), Piu (Lovebird), Michealangelo and Link (Red Eared Sliders), and a goby fish.

Marie B. - Marie was born and raised in La Mesa, CA. Her family includes four grown daughters, 3 grandchildren, and 2 dogs and 1 cat. Marie completed two Veterinary Assistant courses through ROP (Regional Occupational Program) in 2002. She enjoys all sports (except golf and tennis), boating, camping, and fishing. And, She owns and designs a line of gymnastics leotards.

GROOMERS -
Susan M. - Susan enjoys grooming both cats and dogs. She has two children, a Toy Poodle, and 4 cats.

Eunice C. - Eunice has been grooming dogs for over 30 years! She has a kind and gentle approach, and excels in the "art" of grooming. She loves to see each dog looking their best. Eunice enjoys spending time with her three dogs Holly (a Border Collie she rescued), Spirit (another rescued Border Collie), and Scrambull (a Border Collie/Jack Russell Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix). Both Holly and Spirit compete nationally in the dog sport of Flyball, and Scrambull tries hard! Eunice also enjoys landscaping her yard, horticulture, sculpture, and the needle arts.  She has a grown daughter and son.
