Curbside Service
At this time, we are offering curbside service or in-hospital appointments based on your preference. During a curbside visit, your pet comes into the building, but you wait outside or return later for your pet. For curbside pick up of food/medication, just call or text when you arrive, and we will bring your medication to your car.
If you or any of your close contacts are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
Here’s how our curbside service works:
1. Call or text from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment, do not enter the lobby unless specifically instructed to do so.
2. One of our staff members will come to your car, ask a few questions, and gather your pet. You may also fill out our Medical History Form.
-
- Dogs will be leashed using our safety slip leashes or can arrive in carriers if small.
- All cats will need to be delivered in carriers. We have cardboard carriers available for purchase if needed. Carriers will be sanitized upon entry to the clinic.
3. Once inside:
-
- For exam visits: Your pet will be evaluated by our team inside the hospital, and you’ll then be contacted regarding exam findings, recommendations, and treatment options.
- For technician visits, the requested treatment will be performed, and you will be contacted to check out.
4. You may stay in the parking lot for the duration of your visit or leave and return when your pet is ready.
5. Checkout will be handled over the phone.
6. A staff member will return your pet to your vehicle when you are ready to receive them.
Of course, please call us to discuss should you require any special accommodations. We’re here to help ensure that everyone remains safe and satisfied with their care.
Feeling parched while you wait? Cold water & hot coffee are available – just ask!

In-Hospital Appointments
We are allowing our clients back into exam rooms. We miss you! Due to our small exam rooms, we have to limit the number of people in the exam room and ask for masks while in the building.
If you or any of your close contacts are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
Here’s how our in-hospital appointments work:
1. Call or text from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment, do not enter the lobby until escorted by one of our staff members.
2. One of our staff members will come to your car, ask a few questions, and then escort you and your pet(s) into the exam room.
-
- Only one person may accompany their pet inside the building.
- Masks and social distancing are required at all times. For those who cannot wear a mask, we offer curbside appointments.
- Dogs will be leashed using our safety slip leashes or can arrive in carriers if small.
- All cats will need to be delivered in carriers. We have cardboard carriers available for purchase if needed.
3. Once inside the room, please wait with your mask on. To facilitate social distancing, we require that only our staff hold your pet. Your veterinarian may need to transport your pet into the hospital’s treatment room for handling or procedures that require two people due to the size of our exam rooms.
4. If your pet requires treatments, you will be escorted back to the parking lot so that we may clean the exam room.
5. Checkout will be handled inside the exam room or over the phone
Euthanasia
This is a difficult time in the best of circumstances. We know that many of the area hospitals and emergency facilities are not allowing people to be with their pets for euthanasia. In order to provide this service for you and your loved one and allow you to be together, we have made some accommodations. We have an outdoor tent with open sides and seating where you can be together. Your pet will enter the hospital for placement of an IV catheter. This is attached to a long line so that you may be close to your pet, and our doctor will be a social distance space apart. The area will be cleaned between families. We do require all persons to wear masks. We respectfully request that children are not present and that you limit the number of people who are present with our staff. You may take time prior to saying goodbye as a group, then have one or two people present with the doctor. We find this private outdoor space to be preferable for many families, but if you would like to be inside or the weather is not cooperating, then indoor arrangements can be made. These precautions are taken for the health and safety of you and our staff. Visit our euthanasia page to learn more.
